If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Zima account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box with all accessories and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
